Severity Level 2 Error definition

Severity Level 2 Error means a Major Defect or error. A system will operate, but some components provide incorrect results or fail. Testing can continue. The SC-CMS cannot go live with an error of this type.
Severity Level 2 Error has the meaning set forth in the Service Level Table. “Severity Level 3 Error” has the meaning set forth in the Service Level Table. “Support Fees” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Severity Level 2 Error is an Error that has a serious impact but does not severely impede Customer operations.

More Definitions of Severity Level 2 Error

Severity Level 2 Error means any Error described as a Severity Level 2 Error in an applicable SOW or any Error (including an Error that was a Severity Level 1 Error but is no longer due to a work-around accepted by CWT) that affects (but not materially) the operations of CWT's business or CWT's use (as contemplated by this Agreement), or the functionality, of any Supported Products and Services.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, NEI shall not be required to provide any service or support to any IBM distributors or end users.
Severity Level 2 Error means any condition (other than any Severity Level 1 Error) which severely impairs the use or continued use of any one or more material functions of a TRX Work, Developed Work or Licensed Software and which Expedia cannot reasonably circumvent or avoid on a temporary basis without the expenditure of significant time or effort, and without experiencing other material adverse impact (e.g., financial, productivity, etc.).

  • Latest Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the latest level of such Inflation Index (excluding any "flash" estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor prior to the month in respect of which the Substitute Index Level is being determined.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point.
