Share Compensation Plan definition

Share Compensation Plan means the SSR Mining Inc. 2017 Share Compensation Plan approved by the directors of the Parent and confirmed by the shareholders of the Parent on the 4th day of May, 2017, as amended and confirmed by the shareholders of the Parent on the 14th of May, 2020, or any further amendment or replacement to that plan.
Share Compensation Plan means the share compensation plan of the Company adopted on November 4, 2022.
Share Compensation Plan means any share option, share option plan, employee share purchase plan or any other compensation or incentive mechanism involving the issuance or potential issuance of Shares to directors, full-time operating officers, employees and consultants of the Company (and its affiliates).
