Special use areas definition

Special use areas means areas of the home that may not be included in the measurements of the area used for child care. Special use areas include, but are not limited to, laundry rooms, furnace rooms, bathrooms, hazardous areas, and areas off-limits to children.
Special use areas means an area at or within a Reclamation Project facility or an area of Reclamation lands or waterbodies, in which special rules for public conduct apply that differ from those established in Subpart C of 43 CFR 423. A Special Use Area must be established by an authorized official as provided in Subpart E of 43 CFR 423.
Special use areas means laboratories, cafeterias, data center areas, areas with raised flooring, auditoriums (not including large conference facilities), training centers and other improvements of a type that are not customarily constructed for general office use. “SCIF improvements” are specifically not included in this Special Use Area definition. In addition, change orders requested by Tenant after ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ approval of the Space Plans and Design Drawings that materially and substantially change the previously approved plans shall be submitted to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for its approval in accordance with the foregoing standard.
