Statement of Work or SOW definition

Statement of Work or SOW means a detailed statement of work, work order or task order which shall include a breakdown of all fees and costs applicable to the Services and Products being offered and a relevant payment schedule. A SOW shall form part of a separate agreement executed between the Parties.
