Support Services Fees definition

Support Services Fees has the meaning given in Section 6.1.
Support Services Fees means all amounts payable by Ordering Party to CONFIRMIT plus applicable taxes on account of Support Services in accordance with the terms of the Order Form.
Support Services Fees means the fees for Client’s use of the Support Services.

Examples of Support Services Fees in a sentence

  • Provided that the State is current on its Support Services Fees, during the Term, Contractor shall provide the State, at no additional charge, with all Maintenance Releases, each of which will constitute Software and be subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
