Subproject Grants definition

Subproject Grants means, collectively, the grants to the Participating Entities made from the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the procedures described in the Operational Manual for expenditures that the World Bank agrees have been reasonably incurred by the Participating Entity in connection with an approved Subproject under Part 1 of the Project, including, inter alia, expenditures for agricultural inputs and services, field equipment, field tools, computer equipment and software, furniture, small lab equipment, lab materials and supplies, lab testing services, research fellowships, and training.
Subproject Grants means a grant made or proposed to be made by CDR to PIs for the design, management and implementation of any Subproject that meets the eligibility criteria pursuant to the Operations Manual and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Project Agreement; and
Subproject Grants means grants to be made by MINED on a competitive basis to Secondary Schools selected for the purpose of financing youth development projects which meet the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual and in MINED’s guide for "Proyectos Juveniles Concursables" and "Escuelas Efectivas";

  • Improvement of the efficiency of the water and wastewater sector through rehabilitation of approximately two to three wastewater treatment plants to be financed from the proceeds of the Investment Subproject Grants.

  • Financing of Community Subprojects through Community Subproject Grants to Beneficiary Community Associations.

  • Under Parts 2 and 3 of the Project, the Recipient shall make Sub-project Grants to Beneficiaries for the purpose of financing Sub-projects in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Association and further described in the Project Implementation Manual.

  • The amount of the Loan may be withdrawn from the Loan Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of works, goods, services, administrative costs, Education Grants, Subproject Grants and Cupos, required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Provision of support to financing of Rural Development Communities’ Annual Investment Programs through the provision of Subproject Grants for the carrying out of Subprojects.

Related to Subproject Grants

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target;

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • task-based work means work in which a worker is paid a fixed rate for performing a task;

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Performance audit means an objective and systematic assessment of a state agency or agencies or any of their programs, functions, or activities by the state auditor or designee in order to help improve agency efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Performance audits include economy and efficiency audits and program audits.

  • Performance Requirements The ordering entity reserves the right to inspect and verify that all deliveries are in accordance with specifications, both at the point of delivery and at the point of use. For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity. Products inspected at the time of use are subject to refusal and return requirements for issues of quality such as defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Products will not be considered accepted by the ordering entity until the installation is complete for the applicable products.
