Subproject I definition

Subproject I means specific set of public-private investments under Part 1.B (i) of the Project for Beneficiaries in selected Borrower’s Municipalities, within the Pipeline of Subprojects, not exceeding 5,000 low income housing units, and determined eligible pursuant to the Operational Manual.
Subproject I means any of the investments referred to in Part C.1 of the Project which are listed in the Operational Manual;
Subproject I means a specific investment project for a productive activity which meets the criteria specified in the RFF Operations Manual, to be carried out by a Rural Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a SCA Loan.

Subproject I means any of the investments to be carried out under Part A of the Project;
Subproject I means a set of activities under the JEFES DE HOGAR Program aiming at improving employability of the Beneficiaries, consisting of, inter alia: (i) community services, including work in soup kitchens, of care-givers for the elderly, children, or disabled, as well as support to the provision of health and education services; (ii) municipal services, including maintenance of buildings and cleaning of public spaces; (iii) vocational training or completion of basic education; or (iv) small infrastructure projects, including rehabilitation, expansion and new construction of social infrastructure such as health centers, schools, and community centers, all such activities being eligible for financing under the JEFES DE HOGAR Program in accordance with the provisions of the Operational Manual I;

Related to Subproject I

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
