Target Hardware definition

Target Hardware means Customer’s specific hardware product (limited to one hardware product of which Customer notifies REL in advance in writing or by email) incorporating REL’S RX MCU and the software program produced using Target Compiler by Customer.
Target Hardware is the Licensor product described in Schedule A.
Target Hardware means a device on which the Soft- ware will be installed.

Examples of Target Hardware in a sentence

  • Licensee shall keep a record of the quantity of Target Hardware sold, and of the intended applications area thereof, and this record shall be subject to verification by Licensor.

  • Except as disclosed on Schedule 3.7.1, Target owns all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the Target Software and the Target Hardware.

  • Neither the Target Software nor the Target Hardware contain any software or hardware components in which any third party may claim superior or joint ownership (except for those components obtained from third parties by lawful arrangement and listed on Schedule 3.7.1), and no part of the Target Software is a derivative work of any other software programs not owned in their entirety by Target.

  • This shall include in particular access to all relevant Target Hardware and documentation.

  • You shall make available the Target Hardware in accordance with the requirements of the IE Software in the Order Data/order confirmation or the CoC and the related documentation and any new version thereof.


More Definitions of Target Hardware

Target Hardware means a device - or devices - that is/are provided to the Customer by Bosch Rexroth;
Target Hardware shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3.7.1 of the Agreement.
Target Hardware is an Edge Device or a System.

Related to Target Hardware

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
