Temporary Staff means any staff engaged in a position for a nominated period of more than one day, or for the duration of a nominated project or activity, which is limited in time.

SUPPLIER shall make reference to department name and Agreement number on all checks. Periodic Statement Requirement: SUPPLIER shall send periodic statements listing all rebates, credits, or incentives earned, used or on account for the UNIVERSITY. Statements shall include department name and purchase order number, etc. Statements should be mailed to the UNIVERSITY address as specified on the order.
Temporary Staff means an employee engaged to meet a temporary labour demand caused by illness, maternity leave or other leave of absence for not more than a total of eight (8) months in any fiscal year (April 1 to March 31), or in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act.
