Third Party Developer definition

Third Party Developer means a third party software developer engaged or to be engaged by you to provide software development services to you.
Third Party Developer means any Partner who is not SGH-SUB, SGH, an SGH Affiliate, JOINT VENTURE PARTNER, or a JOINT VENTURE Affiliate.
Third Party Developer shall have the meaning afforded to it in Section 3.7 of the Agreement.
