Third Party Developer definition

Third Party Developer means a third party software developer engaged or to be engaged by you to provide software development services to you.
Third Party Developer means any Partner who is not SGH, an SGH Affiliate, JOINT VENTURE PARTNER, or a JOINT VENTURE affiliate.
Third Party Developer shall have the meaning afforded to it in Section 3.7 of the Agreement.
