Variances definition
Variances is defined in Section 8.8.

More Definitions of Variances
Variances. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this Master Agreement prevents the Union and the Employer from negotiating alternate terms to facilitate the particular needs of a production. The Union will review the Employer’s individual request to amend or modify this Master Agreement for the production. Within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the request, a representative of the Union may request a telephone meeting with the Employer’s representative. The parties’ representatives must have authority to conclude an agreement, which binds their respective principals to the modifications of this Master Agreement.
