General Wage. Rates For The Following Counties: Ozaukee, Washington, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha and part of Walworth.
(a) Effective June 2, 2024, the straight-time hourly rates for all Journeyman Employees covered by this Agreement shall be $44.79 per hour.
(b) The hourly rate for Foremen is $3.00 over the Journeyman hourly rate.
(c) The hourly rate for General Xxxxxxx is $3.50 over the Journeyman hourly rate.
General Wage. PROVISIONS AND WAGES 16.8.1;
General Wage. The Employer agrees the I,I992 General Wage Increase will be adjusted and will be to all persons who were in the employ of Employer as of the renewal date. Educational Leaveof Absence The Employer will consider requests from employees for educational leaves of absence an individual basis. The decision to grant not to grant the educational leave the conditions which the leave be taken will be at discretion of the Employer.
General Wage. ARTICLE Effective on the first day of the first full pay period after the acceptance of this Collective Bargaining Agreement by the Xxxxx County Commissioners, all employees’ wage rates working in permanent classifications as provided by this Collective Bargaining Agreement shall receive a 3.5 % increase in base pay, active April 1, 2022

General Wage. Adjustment Effective April 1, 2007: Each eligible employee in pay status on April 1, 2007, will receive an increase of two and one quarter percent (2.25%) of the employee’s base pay rate, subject to the April 1, 2007, pay range maximum set forth in Appendix D.

Effective August 1, 2022, incumbents will be placed in Salary Schedule B from Salary Schedule A as follows:
1. Firefighter I incumbents hired prior to May 3, 2022, will be placed at the next applicable step in Salary Schedule B on their six-month anniversary date.
2. Firefighter I incumbents at Step 2 or Step 3 in Salary Schedule A will be placed at the same step in Salary Schedule B and will be eligible for the next applicable step on their anniversary date.
3. Firefighter II incumbents at Step 1 in Schedule A will be placed at the Firefighter Step 4 in Salary Schedule B and will be eligible for the next applicable step on their anniversary date.
4. All other incumbents will be placed at their current Classification Step at the appropriate eligible rank based on their paramedic status with the District and will be eligible for the next applicable step on their anniversary date.
5. New employees will be placed on the applicable step pursuant to Sub-Section 4.3.
