Amendments to this Declaration of Trust. We may from time to time amend this Declaration with the approval, if required, of the applicable taxation authorities as long as the amendment will not disqualify the FHSA such under the Applicable Tax Legislation. We will give you 30 days written notice of any amendment unless it is made for the purpose of satisfying a requirement imposed by the Applicable Tax Legislation, in which case we may or may not notify you within that period, or at all.
