ASSIGNMENTS TO THIRD PARTIES. 10.4.1. Approval The shares can be neither assigned nor transferred to third parties without an approval given under the conditions below, even if the assignments and transfers are granted to an ascendant, descendant or the spouse of the assignor. The approval of the shareholders is given in the form of a collective decision of the shareholders. This decision is made by a two-thirds majority (2/3) of the votes attached to the shares comprising the share capital.
