By the Domaine. If the Domaine is obliged to cancel or modify the Reservation after the deposit has been paid, except in the cases referred to in article 12, the Domaine undertakes to : - Refund the deposit to the Customer and, - If the Customer is a consumer, to compensate the Customer for the balance of the reservation price.
