CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY INSURANCE. Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance is optional but the customer is invited to subscribe to it when making their reservation. The Campez-Couvert insurance offered by the rental company is billed at 3.7% of the total amount of the stay, including tax, and is added to the deposit. It must be taken out when booking and covers accompanying persons declared on the booking contract, under certain conditions. Our partner Xxxxxxxx Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the claim is provided for in the general conditions (available on the site xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xxx or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents
