Decoration and fittings. Exhibitors are solely responsible for decorating their own areas (indoor or outdoor areas, Business Chalets). In all cases, decoration must comply with French regulations on compliance in terms of materials, safety/security, installations and fire prevention and emergency regulations. In addition, the decoration of areas fitted out by Exhibitors or their service providers must comply with the regulations laid down by the Organiser in its Technical Guide, which defines working periods and schedules and rules concerning architecture, safety, materials’ compliance with regulations, waste sorting and good neighbourly relations between Exhibitors.
