Delivery times - Checking of the conformity of the products. The delivery period starts on the date of the final sale, i.e., after payment of the full price. The delivery times indicated when the order is placed are average times and may vary depending on the destination and the Buyer's request. Unless a longer period is mentioned in the order confirmation, EIB LAMARTINE commits to ensuring a delivery within a maximum of 30 days after the confirmation of the order by EIB LAMARTINE to the Buyer and subject to the availability of the product, in accordance with Article L216-6 of the Consumer Code. Home delivery is possible only in France and Monaco. In the event that EIB LAMARTINE is unable to meet the deadlines set, the Consumer will be informed by any means such as e-mail or telephone. In the framework of its sales contract, EIB LAMARTINE is fully responsible for delivery and transport, with the inherent costs being ancillaries to these operations. In the event of a dispute upon delivery, any claim must be addressed within 48 hours to the company EIB LAMARTINE, in addition to any reservations made to the carrier under the legal conditions. The products are delivered in packaging which ensures their perfect preservation during transport. Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the product is made available to the Buyer. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the products on arrival and to make any reservations and claims which appear justified.   • Conformité Le fichier transmis par l’Abonné devra être conforme aux spécifications de la norme CFONB ou SEPA et comporter toutes les indications nécessaires à la réalisation par la Banque du traitement des opérations. En cas de non-conformité, le fichier sera rejeté.
