Order confirmation. Any order placed with EIB LAMARTINE is confirmed by the latter by an e-mail with a reference number, which the Buyer should systematically refer to for any information relating to their order and provided that the Buyer has communicated their e-mail address.

The supplier will provide the products exactly according to the order, unless otherwise specified by the supplier and clearly stated in the order confirmation. In the event of unavailability of one or more ordered Product (s), the Company undertakes to inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as pos- sible. In the event of definitive unavailability of the Product or if the Customer does not wish to wait for the Product to become available, the order will be cancelled for the unavailable Product (s), and the corres- ponding amount paid by the Customer will be refunded. In accordance with Article L.122-1 of the Consumer Code, the Company also reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer for legitimate reasons, for example in the event of a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
