FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION. Each Party shall ensure that its officers, employees, agents, suppliers, contractors and any other person providing services for or on its behalf do so in accordance with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes related to the fight against corruption, including the Sapin II Law, the duty of due diligence, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, and the UK Bribery Act of 2010. When the Customer is not the end-user of the Products, the Customer undertakes to share with Gazechim all information regarding the end-user and to comply with any aforementioned international applicable regulations.
