SCOPE OF APPLICATION. The General Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter also referred to simply as “GCP”) contain the general terms and conditions applicable to Purchase Orders issued by ARaymond in regard to purchase of the Supply by ARaymond and sale of same by the Supplier.

Part 2 of this Annex shall apply to driving licence holders, pursuant to Article 1 of this Agreement, who request the exchange of a licence issued by the Competent Authority of a Party to a licence issued by a Competent Authority of the other Party. SCOPE OF APPLICATION. 1.1 These General Conditions of Purchase apply to all sales of products made by the supplier (hereinafter, the Seller) to Della Foglia SpA, with registered office in Milan, Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx 27, and operational headquarters in Xxxxx Xxxxxx (XX), Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx 000, fiscal code and VAT number 01562490126 (hereinafter, Della Foglia or the Purchaser). The Purchaser and the Seller hereinafter jointly also the Parties and individually also the Party.
1.2 These General Conditions of Purchase are sent to the Seller and made available on the Della Foglia website at the link xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxx#Xxxxxxxxx and are to be understood as an integral part of Xxxxx Xxxxxx purchase order, the Seller's order confirmation and the related contract concluded between Xxxxx Xxxxxx and the Seller. Therefore, with the acceptance of the Della Foglia purchase order in the manner set out in the following art. 3, the Seller declares to have read and fully accept these General Conditions of Purchase, which will remain effective until they are expressly amended, terminated or replaced by means of a document written by Xxxxx Xxxxxx.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION. This code shall be valid for all suppliers of Beltrami Linen srl. • The signing of new supply contracts or the renewal of existing contracts with Beltrami Linen srl shall entail the sharing of this code as an integral and indispensable part thereof. Beltrami Linen srl undertakes to comply with the law wherever it conducts its business activities. Similarly, suppliers shall undertake to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and contractual agreements, as well as generally recognised technical regulations and standards. They will also strive to communicate the principles outlined in this code to their supply chain. Suppliers are encouraged to implement the necessary mechanisms to identify, determine and manage risks in all areas covered by this code and to comply with all applicable legislative requirements. Suppliers are encouraged to continuously improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of their sustainability policies through appropriate measures. They are also expected to maintain appropriate documented information that demonstrates the sharing and implementation of the values expressed in this code. Subject to agreement with the supplier, Beltrami Linen srl reserves the right to conduct audits related to the implementation of the principles set forth in the code. The latest version of this code can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx To meet their social responsibilities, suppliers are required to conduct their business ethically and act with integrity. As such, they are required not to practice or tolerate any kind of bribery, corruption, extortion or embezzlement. Suppliers undertake not to offer or accept from their business partners bribes or other illegal inducements. Suppliers may not offer Beltrami Linen srl employees gifts or other personal benefits that are a direct result of their supply relationship.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION. 2.1 These GTC apply to contracts between FREENOW as intermediary and the users of the FREENOW App related to the Passenger Transportation Services and Further Mobility Services mediated by FREENOW from time to time activated by the Users so these GTC also apply to future contractual relationships between FREENOW and the Users.
2.2 By installing and using the FREENOW App, the User agrees to the applicability of these GTC. If the User does not wish to be bound by these GTC or cannot declare effective consent, he cannot successfully install the FREENOW App.
2.3 Users' own contractual terms and conditions of use shall not apply to the contractual relationship between FREENOW and the Users, even if FREENOW does not expressly object to them.
2.4 For individual Intermediary Services, further contractual terms and conditions may apply in addition to these GTC. If special contractual conditions apply to the service requested by the User, FREENOW will separately inform the User of the applicability of the special contractual conditions and obtain the User's consent to these special contractual conditions.
2.5 FREENOW reserves the right to amend these GTC with effect for the future. Examples of the reasons that may make such changes to the provisions of these GTC necessary are: developments beyond the FREENOW's reasonable control; or changes at legislative level; or the need to address security problems. FREENOW will inform the User of any changes in a timely manner. For this purpose, it is sufficient that FREENOW informs the User of the new version of the GTC by means of a notification by email at the address communicated by User during the creation of his/her account and notification in the FREENOW App. The User has the option to agree to the validity of the amended GTC or to object to it within two weeks of notification. If the User has not expressly agreed to the validity of the amended GTC and if the User does not exercise his/her right to object within the aforementioned period, his/her consent to the validity of the amended GTC shall be deemed granted. In the notification of the amended GTC, FREENOW will inform the User of the possibility of objection and the meaning of omission to object within the applicable period. In the event of an objection by the User, FREENOW may terminate the contract in accordance with section 14.3.

These General Conditions, except as otherwise specifically agreed in writing, re- gulate all present and future contracts of sale between either Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx S.p.A. ba- sed in Xxx xx Xxxxxxx 00, 00000 Xxxxxxxx (XX), Xxxxx, or another company of the Gerosa Group acting as seller (hereafter “the Seller), and the purchaser (hereafter “the Purchaser”). The term “Contract” indicates each specific sale agreement regulated by these General Condi- tions and the term “Products” indicates the go- ods which are subject to the Contract.
1.2. All commercial terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) are intended with reference to the Inco- terms of the International Chamber of Com- merce, in the text in force on the date the Sel- ler’s offer or order confirmation is sent.
1.3. In case of any discrepancy between the herein General Conditions and the Seller’s of- fer and/or order confirmation, the Seller’s offer and/or order confirmation shall prevail.
