WARRANTY CONDITIONS. In case of a defective Azzurro ZCS inverter during the agreed warranty period, you are requested to please report defective inverters to activate the repair/swap service procedure filling-out the online form on the web site xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx . You may also contact your dealer (ZCS Europe authorized dealer or distributor) or installer if your unit is defective or faulty. To make a claim under the warranty period, you will need to provide us the following information and documentation of the faulty inverter:
WARRANTY CONDITIONS. The blower, if not stated otherwise by the contract, is guaranteed for 12 months of operation and in any case for a maximum of 18 months after the delivery. The warranty apply only if the contractual and administrative norms have been observed and if the installation of the blower and its use comply with the instructions of this manual. The damaged or defective parts due to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The following are excluded from this warranty : all parts subject to wear (air filter, bearings etc..), transport costs and the costs of the intervention of our technicians for operational faults not due to manifacturing defects. The warranty excludes any responsability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or objects caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance of the blower and is limited only to manufacturing defects. The warranty is considered void in the event of tampering or changes (even small ones) and use of non-original spare parts.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS. All FINI S.p.A. Products are covered by warranty for a period of twelve months from the invoice date unless otherwise expressly specified in writing and accepted. The warranty is valid only if the Buyer has fully paid for the products and the products are running on a normal conditions designed for, in suitable environment and correctly installed. Excluded from the Warranty are all electric components and all the wear and tear. The Warranty makes FINI S.p.A. responsible to support the costs of repairing or replacing all parts that are defective according to their engineers, as long as these defects are due to manufacturing problems or quality of the materials (which are the manufactures responsibility).and are note dependant on normal wear and tear or negligence of the operator or improper use of the product. Also if the product was not used according to the instructions or wholly or partly dismantled or repaired by unauthorized personnel or by excessive usage of the product or unsuitable applicationa or due to force major. The warranty considered is applied under low.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS. If the battery is not working during the warranty period, the Buyer is requested to activate the under warranty assistance and repair/replacement procedure by filling in the appropriate form available on the xxx.XXXxxxxxxx.xxx website. For calls coming from the Italian territory, the ZCS hot-line is also available, the dedicated toll-free number is 800 72 74 64. The buyer can also contact his distributor (ZCS authorized distributor or reseller) or his installer when the battery is not working. To start the warranty service request procedure, it is necessary to provide the following information and documents relating to the failed battery:

The manufacturer undertakes to replace or repair - at its sole discretion and at no cost for the Customer - only those parts of its products which prove vitiated by an original defect, provided that, under penalty of forfeiture, the Customer has reported this defect within 8 days from the delivery date by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, enclosing a copy of the invoice confirming the purchase. The warranty has a duration of 12 months from the date specified in the sales invoice of the Product, issued by the manufacturer for the Dealer, and is valid if and only if the Product is intact and not altered by the Dealer and/or any third parties; properly installed and/or used in compliance with what is stated in the technical specifications and in the user and maintenance manual that the Dealer declares to have received as of now, and which forms an integral and essential part of the conditions. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not cover any equipment replacement.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the warranty coupon from the end customer to TISSIDental. Failing that, the warranty period starts from the date of the invoice to end user, but only when the serial number of the equipment is written on the invoice. In other cases, the warranty period starts from the date of TISSIDental’sinvoice. The warranty covers the repairing and/or replacement of defective parts in the manufacturer’s premises. All the expenses, such as trip, accomodation, etc., are intended at customer’sc charge, and intervention on the basis of current TISSIDental price-list. Any replacement and/or repairing incurred of spare parts, do not change in any case the warranty period, that is set out with the act of the sale. Within such terms, TISSIDental undertake to repair and to replace free of charge, at TISSIDental’s premises (ex work) the products and/or the defective parts, at TISSIDental’s exclusive estimate, and technical procedure. The replaced spare parts and componens, under warranty conditions, remain of TISSIDental property, to whom they have to be shipped back at customer’s care and charge.THESE WARRANTY CONDITIONS DO NOT INCLUDE the parts damaged by transport, damaged by uncorrect installation, deficiency and/or inadequacy of the mains (water, electricity, compressed air), for

Markworld warrants below products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year for Customers all around the world – EU customers excluded – from the date of original purchase, subject to limitations set forth herein (“Legal Warranty”). This warranty is applied only to the original customer when his product is purchased online from Mark Store or from an authorized Markworld distributor or dealer and may vary from country to country. In the unlikely event that your product is destroyed, lost, or damaged beyond repair, while in the possession of Markworld for repair, Markworld will replace that product with one of the same or most similar style of a value not in excess of the original purchase price of your product. To repair your gear under warranty please contact your authorized dealer or distributor and follow his instructions. Some states, provinces or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you, contact your retailer for more details.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS. For 12 months from the installation date, but no longer than 14 months from the delivery date, the warranty covers eventual faulty parts, which will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except the travel, hotel and restaurant expenses of our engineer. The warranty doesn’t cover any responsibility for direct or indirect damages to persons, animals or equipment caused by improper usage or maintenance, and it’s limited to manufacturing faults only. The right to warranty repairs is subordinated to the strict compliance with the installation, use and maintenance instructions contained in this manual. The warranty will be immediately voided in case of even small changes or alterations to the dryer. To require repairs during the warranty period, the data reported on the identification plate must be notified.
