2Reporting. At least 10 Business Days prior to the due date specified in Schedule 3 for payment of the Fees (where identified as being applicable in Schedule 3), the Licensee must provide to the Licensor a statement in writing signed by an officer of the Licensee holding the position of chief financial officer or equivalent (or their authorised delegate), setting out all information reasonably necessary to enable the Licensor to calculate the relevant Fees payable, including the information in Schedule 3. Unless otherwise specified in Schedule 3, the statement must be complete for the period up to the end of the calendar month prior to the issue of the statement.

Borrowers and Agent hereby agree that the delivery of the Borrowing Base Certificate through Agent’s electronic platform or portal, subject to Agent’s authentication process, by such other electronic method as may be approved by Agent from time to time in its sole discretion, or by such other electronic input of information necessary to calculate the Borrowing Bases as may be approved by Agent from time to time in its sole discretion, shall in each case be deemed to satisfy the obligation of Borrowers to deliver such Borrowing Base Certificate, with the same legal effect as if such Borrowing Base Certificate had been manually executed by Xxxxxxxxx and delivered to Agent.
2Reporting. (A) Grantee shall submit a full and complete report to Sponsor as of the end of Grantee’s annual accounting period within which any Grant Funds are received or spent. (B) Grantee shall submit the initial report by no later than [_____________ ___, DATE], and subsequent reports, if any, are due on the anniversary date of the initial report. (C) All such reports must describe the charitable programs conducted by Grantee with the aid of the Grant Funds and the expenditures made with Grant Funds, and report on Grantee’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
2Reporting. (a) From and after the Effective Date, the Seller shall provide the Buyer promptly following the end of each Calendar Quarter, but in any event no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the end of such Calendar Quarter, a reasonably detailed report (the “Quarterly Report”) setting forth, with respect to such same period, (i) the Commercial Updates and (ii) the Intellectual Property Updates. (b) The Seller shall prepare and maintain and shall cause its Affiliates and any Licensees to prepare and maintain reasonably complete and accurate records of the information to be disclosed in each Quarterly Report. In addition, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with prompt (and in any event within ten (10) Business Days) written notice of any Safety Notices. (c) The Buyer shall be entitled to a quarterly update call or meeting (via teleconference or videoconference or at a location reasonably designated by the Seller) to discuss contents of the Quarterly Report delivered by the Seller pursuant to this Section 7.2 and such other matters that are reasonably related to a Product that the Seller deems appropriate.

Loan Parties and Agent hereby agree that the delivery of the Borrowing Base Certificate through Agent’s electronic platform or portal, subject to Agent’s authentication process, by such other electronic method as may be approved by Agent from time to time in its sole discretion, or by such other electronic input of information necessary to calculate the Borrowing Bases as may be approved by Agent from time to time in its sole discretion, shall in each case be deemed to satisfy the obligation of the Administrative Borrower to deliver such Borrowing Base Certificate, with the same legal effect as if such Borrowing Base Certificate had been manually executed by the Administrative Borrower and delivered to Agent.

2Reporting. During the term of this Agreement, Assignee shall keep Assignor reasonably informed as to all development activities with respect to Products. In connection therewith, Assignee shall deliver to Assignor, no less frequently than annually on each anniversary of the effective date a written report providing a summary in reasonable detail of progress with respect to such development activities since the last such report, subject to Assignee’s confidentiality obligations to third parties. ​
2Reporting. When it is necessary for a collective bargaining committee member or alternate to leave his/her work to handle a grievance in accordance with the Grievance Procedure established in the Agreement, he/she shall first obtain permission from his supervisor or designee. Such permission shall not be withheld unreasonably. The collective bargaining committee member or alternate shall return to his/her job as promptly as possible and, upon his return, shall immediately report to the supervisor or his/her designee. A collective bargaining committee member or alternate who is assigned to duties which require services outside of the Court facilities shall perform his/her function in a manner which would not require his/her return to the Court offices for the sole purpose of performing representation functions. In cases of discipline a collective bargaining committee member shall be made available as soon as practical.
2Reporting. Within thirty (30) days of each December 1, Licensee shall provide Licensor with written progress reports, setting forth in such detail as Licensor may reasonably request, the progress of the development, evaluation, testing, and commercialization of each Licensed Product. Licensee will also notify Licensor within thirty (30) days after the first commercial sale by Licensee, its Affiliates, or any Sublicensees of each Licensed Product. Such a report (“Development Progress Report”), setting forth the current stage of development of Licensed Products, shall include:
