403 (b) Plans. A. The board and the association recognize the importance of each employee pursuing an active retirement saving program and achieving their retirement savings goal. The parties agree that MEA Financial Services products shall be included in the initial list of vendors, along with any other mutually selected document as appropriate under IRS regulations. In the future should changes/additions/ reductions be made to the list of possible vendors, the parties shall meet to bargain such changes/additions/reductions.

403 (b) Plans. ‌ The Xxxxxxxxxxx School Board accepts the institution of a 403 B Plan as one of the medically related options offered by the school district in its insurance package. Current medically related options are health, term life, cancer and dental. If a staff member chooses not to utilize the benefit amount for health insurance, they must present written proof of medical coverage. If medical coverage is not substantiated the benefit amount is forfeited. Staff will only be allowed to participate in 403 B Plans approved by CPI-Common Remitter Services (3rd Party Administrator of 403 B Plans).
403 (b) Plans. The District will cooperate with any certificated staff member who chooses to participate in an investment program under a Internal Revenue Code Section 403(b) provided that the certificated employee executes a “Salary Reduction Agreement” provided by the District, and the vendor of the 403(b) Plan elected by the certificated staff member has entered in to a “Service Provider Agreement” with the District holding the District harmless from any liability that may arise out of such 403(b) Plan, including, but not limited to, tax reporting, notices and income withholding.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Meal Plans Residents living in Residence Facility are required to purchase a College meal plan. Information regarding the meal plan options can be found at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx.

  • Benefit Plans The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plans.

  • Employee Plans Except as provided in Section 4.12, the Assuming Institution shall have no liabilities, obligations or responsibilities under the Failed Bank's health care, bonus, vacation, pension, profit sharing, deferred compensation, 401K or stock purchase plans or similar plans, if any, unless the Receiver and the Assuming Institution agree otherwise subsequent to the date of this Agreement.

  • Pension Plans Any of the following events shall occur with respect to any Pension Plan:

  • Dental Plans A. The dental plans offered and benefits provided by those plans shall be determined by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.303, upon the recommendation of the JLMBC and approval of the City Council.

  • Deferred Compensation Plans Employees are to be included in the State of California, Department of Personnel Administration's, 401(k) and 457 Deferred Compensation Programs. Eligible employees under IRS Code Section 403(b) will be eligible to participate in the 403(b) Plan.

  • Health and Welfare Plans (a) A copy of the master contracts with the carriers for the extended health care, dental and group life plans shall be sent to the President of the Union.

  • 125 Plan The Board will maintain a Section 125 plan for premiums only in addition to a flexible account that includes eligible medical expenses and dependent care expenses with participating employees paying whatever the administrative charge is to run the 125 Plan.
