4Permits Sample Clauses

4Permits. Licensee is responsible at its sole cost to obtain all permits necessary for the maintenance and operation of the System. Licensee shall provide the Judicial Council with electronic copies of all permits, approvals, and conditions issued by applicable federal, state, and local governmental entities, including the Utility.
4PermitsTenant shall submit the Approved Construction Drawings to the appropriate municipal authorities and otherwise apply for and obtain from such authorities all applicable building permits necessary to allow the Contractor to commence and complete the performance of the Tenant Improvement Work (the “Permits”). Tenant shall coordinate with Landlord in order to allow Landlord, at its option, to take part in all phases of the permitting process and shall supply Landlord, as soon as possible, with all plan check numbers and dates of submittal. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Section 2.4, Tenant, and not Landlord or its consultants, shall be responsible for obtaining any Permit or certificate of occupancy; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any Permit or certificate of occupancy; provided, further, that Landlord shall be responsible for any Property and Building violations of applicable Laws to the extent required by Article 5 of the Lease. Tenant shall not commence construction until all required Permits for each applicable portion of the Tenant Improvement Work are obtained. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall be able to submit separately for demolition permits and complete the demolition prior to submitting the Approved Construction Drawings for permits and/or obtaining the permits for the Approved Construction Drawings.
4Permits. The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the "Approved Working Drawings") prior to the commencement of the construction of the Tenant Improvements. Following Landlord's approval of the Approved Working Drawings, Tenant shall immediately submit the Approved Working Drawings to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building and other permits necessary to allow "Contractor," as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below, to commence and fully complete the construction of the Tenant Improvements (the "Permits"), and, in connection therewith, Tenant shall coordinate with Landlord in order to allow Landlord, at its option, to take part in all phases of the permitting process and shall supply Landlord, as soon as possible, with all plan check numbers and dates of submittal and obtain the Permits on or before the date set forth in Schedule 1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Section 3.4, Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord's consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that the obtaining of the same shall be Tenant's responsibility; provided however that Landlord shall, in any event, cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. The date on which Tenant causes the Permits to be issued for Contractor to retrieve shall hereafter be called the "Permit Delivery Date". No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, provided that Landlord may withhold its consent, in its sole discretion, to any change in the Approved Working Drawings if such change would directly or indirectly delay the "Substantial Completion" of the Premises as that term is defined in Section 5.1 of this Tenant Work Letter.
4Permits. (a) Client will be solely responsible for obtaining or maintaining, on a timely basis, any permits or other regulatory approvals for the Product, including, without limitation, all marketing and post- marketing approvals, and any specific approvals referred to in the Quality Agreement. (b) Patheon will maintain at all relevant times when performing the Manufacturing Services all required governmental permits, licenses, approvals, and authorities.

  • Work Permits The Executive shall use his reasonable best efforts to obtain, maintain and renew a suitable (for the purposes of the Executive's contemplated employment by the Company) work permit by the Bermuda government authorities and any other permits required by any Bermuda government authority. The Company shall be responsible for permit fees, and all other expenses, including legal expenses, in connection with obtaining and maintaining such work permit.

  • Building Permits All building permits required for the construction of the Improvements have been obtained prior to the commencement of the construction of the Improvements and copies of same will be delivered to Lessor.

  • PARKING PERMITS A. Must be obtained on the day of move in. B. Towing charges resulting from violations will be the responsibility of the RESIDENT. C.   • Governmental Permits The Company does, or will prior to the date the Project is Placed in Service, own, hold or possess all licenses, franchises, permits, privileges, immunities, approvals and other authorizations from a governmental body which are necessary to entitle it to own or lease, operate and use its assets located at the Project and to carry on and conduct its business at the Project, including, but not limited to, all required permits or licenses from any state or local governmental agencies and any required certifications from local or national boards or agencies indicating that the business of the Project is being conducted lawfully (herein collectively called “Governmental Permits”). The Company has performed its obligations under each Governmental Permit, or will when Governmental Permits are issued, and no event has occurred or condition or state of facts exists which (i) constitutes, or after notice or lapse of time or both, would constitute a breach or default under any such Governmental Permit, or (ii) permits, or after notice or lapse of time or both, would permit revocation or termination of any such Governmental Permit, or which might adversely affect in any material respect the rights of the Company under any such Governmental Permit. No notice of cancellation, of default or of any dispute concerning any Governmental Permit, or of any event, condition or state of facts described in the preceding sentence, has been received by, or is known to, the Company.

  • Permits and Approvals Consultant shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, all permits and regulatory approvals necessary in the performance of this Agreement. This includes, but shall not be limited to, encroachment permits and building and safety permits and inspections.

  • Permits/Licenses Contractor and all Contractor’s employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force such permits and licenses as are required by law in connection with the furnishing of services pursuant to this Contract.

  • Regulatory Permits The Company and the Subsidiaries possess all certificates, authorizations and permits issued by the appropriate federal, state, local or foreign regulatory authorities necessary to conduct their respective businesses as described in the SEC Reports, except where the failure to possess such permits could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect (“Material Permits”), and neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has received any notice of proceedings relating to the revocation or modification of any Material Permit.

  • Governmental Permits and Approvals (a) All approvals, authorizations, consents, permits and licenses from governmental and regulatory bodies required for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to permit the business currently carried on by Target to continue to be carried on substantially in the same manner immediately following the Closing Date shall have been obtained and shall be in full force and effect, and AGRO shall have been furnished with appropriate evidence, reasonably satisfactory to them, of the granting of such approvals, authorizations, consents, permits and licenses; and (b) There shall not have been any action taken by any court, governmental or regulatory body then prohibiting or making illegal on the Closing Date the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
