Absence in Excess of Allowance. In the event of absence in excess of days allowed, salary deductions shall be made by the Board at a per diem rate of the annual salary for each such day of absence, based on the work year as defined in this Agreement.

Absence in Excess of Allowance. When a 12-month administrator is absent in excess of days allowed, the Board or its agent shall deduct an amount equal to 1/260th of the annual salary of unexcused absence from the next payment to the administrator. For employees whose designated work year is less than 260 days per year, the adjustment for unexcused absences shall be made based on the designated work year identified in the individual contract.

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.

Suspension of Operations, as provided in Paragraph 9, shall not be grounds for abatement. Notwithstanding the circumstances, the decision whether or not to grant an abatement and the amount of any abatement lies completely within the discretion of Department.

  • Maternity Allowance (a) An employee who has been granted maternity leave without pay shall be paid a maternity allowance in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan described in paragraph (c) to (i), provided that she:

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Base Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will allocate base payments under Section IV.D among the Settling States in proportion to their respective Overall Allocation Percentages. Base payments for each Settling State will then be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Holiday allowance A full-time Pharmacist who does not work on a holiday shall be paid eight (8) hours holiday allowance. A part-time Pharmacist shall receive holiday allowance as provided in Section D, below.

  • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.
