ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. Goal 1: During each year of its charter contract term the charter school shall meet at least one of the following performance standards. First Look – School Performance Gap Closure. The primary academic outcome Georgia seeks from its local charter schools is that they increase their College and Career Readiness Performance Index (CCRPI) score each year until they reach 100. The performance standards that measure CCRPI progress include growth in CCRPI itself and in its two major academic components, Content Mastery and Progress Score. Our “First Look” at annual charter school performance is to see if the school has met the standard for any of the following three CCRPI gap-closing measures. Meeting any one of these standards constitutes having achieved Goal 1 for a given year. a. Increase its CCRPI score by at least 4% of the gap between 100 and the school’s previous year CCRPI score in each grade band served (elementary, middle, and/or high school); b. Increase its CCRPI Content Mastery score by at least 10% of the gap between 100 and its previous year CCRPI Content Mastery score in each grade band served (elementary, middle, and/or high school) c. Increase its CCRPI Progress score by at least 10% of the gap between 100 and its previous year CCRPI Progress score in each grade band served (elementary, middle, and/or high school) satisfy Goal 1 Academic Performance Standard requirements in a given year by achieving one of the “Second Look” School-District Comparison standards. The secondary academic outcome Georgia seeks from its local charter schools is that they do better than the district schools their students would otherwise attend. If a charter school does not achieve standard “a” in a particular grade band, it may satisfy Goal 1 for that grade band in a given year by meeting the following School-District Comparison standard. b. Within each grade band that “a” was not met, exceed the CCRPI, Content Mastery, Progress, and/or Closing Gaps scores in that grade band at those district schools that at least two-thirds of its students would otherwise attend. Third Look: School-Statewide Comparisons. The tertiary academic outcome Georgia seeks from its local charter schools is that they do better than similar schools throughout the state. If a charter school does not achieve standard “a” or “b” in a particular grade band, it may satisfy Goal 1 for that grade band in a given year by achieving the following School-Statewide Comparison standard in that remaining grade band. c. Achieve an overall positive statistically significant Value-Added Impact Score within each grade band that “a” and “b” were not met. If a charter school does not achieve standard “a”, “b”, or “c” in a particular grade band, it may satisfy Goal 1 for that grade band in a given year by achieving the final School- Statewide Comparison standard in that remaining grade band. d. Beat the Odds including each grade band within which “a”, “b”, and “c” were not met.

Increase by 3% per year the number of college credits earned via dual enrollment unless state funding for dual enrollment is reduced or eliminated c. Meeting any of the following CCRPI gap-closing measures constitutes having achieved Goal 1 for a given year. d. Maintain its CCRPI score in the 90-100 range in each grade band the school will offer in the following year (elementary, middle, and/or high school) if its CCRPI is 90 or above in the grade band e. Increase its CCRPI score by at least 10% of the gap between 100 and the school’s previous year CCRPI score in each grade band the school will offer in the following year (elementary, middle, and/or high school) if its CCRPI is between 50 and 90 in the grade band f. Increase its CCRPI score by at least 20% of the gap between 100 and the school’s previous year CCRPI score in each grade band the school will offer in the following year (elementary, middle, and/or high school) if its CCRPI is below 50 in the grade band g.   • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance and Compliance Purchaser shall have performed all of the covenants and complied, in all material respects, with all the provisions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it on or before the Closing.

  • Performance Standard The Department’s Grant Manager will review the documentation to verify that the deliverables have been completed as described above. Upon review and written acceptance by the Department’s Grant Manager, the Grantee may proceed with payment request submittal. Payment Request Schedule: The Grantee may submit a payment request for cost reimbursement no more frequently than monthly.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REPORTING Performance indicators

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).
