Access to and Use of Data. Because of the program’s need to review and track student enrollment, performance and attendance data, all Partners acknowledge that certain data or information regarding students may consist of confidential records owned by MMSD and/or be subject to the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Wisconsin Pupil Records laws or other privacy laws. All Partners also acknowledge that disclosure to or use by third parties of such data or information would be damaging. As such, student data will not be used other than necessary for the performance of this Agreement. This includes written reports, public relations materials, Internet and/or other print-based electronic media. Also see WDBSCW Data Sharing Agreement Acknowledgement.
Access to and Use of Data. ● Partners will develop a data sharing agreement and a Business Associate's Agreement in compliance with HIPAA and FERPA regulations for the exchange of confidential information. ● Financial Data (revenue, expenses including salaries) will be shared to meet the goals and outcomes of the project
Access to and Use of Data. (a) Regulatory Data. Both Parties shall have access to pre-clinical and clinical data for Licensed Products, and the right to use for incorporation in any Regulatory Filing to exercise their rights and responsibilities under this Agreement. Both Parties shall provide to each other access to that part of all such Regulatory Filings together with the underlying pre-clinical and clinical data, at reasonable times and on reasonable notice, and at the FTE costs and Out-of-Pocket Expenses of the requesting Party. In case that data in a Regulatory Filing of a Licensed Product is required or reasonably useful for a Regulatory Filing for the BN Technology, then Crucell shall provide BN with the appropriate written authorizations to permit BN to send directly such data to the appropriate Regulatory Authority, and Crucell shall diligently cooperate with BN to supply data to that Regulatory Authority in the required formats at the FTE costs and Out-of-Pocket Expenses of BN. In case that data in a Regulatory Filing for the BN Technology is required or reasonably useful for a Regulatory Filing for a Licensed Product, then Crucell shall provide BN with the appropriate written authorizations to permit BN to directly send such data to the appropriate Regulatory Authority.

Centro staff will administer and collect parent consent and student assent forms, noting use of the following metrics: o General tracking, participation, and completion records o MAP assessment individual growth target (fall to spring growth) o Student enrollment records o Individual student transcripts o Scholarship applications o Internship or work experience evaluations o Student School Engagement Survey
Access to and Use of Data. Customer may also authorize or restrict John Deere Dealers’ and other Partner Organizations’ access via MyJohnDeere™ at any time to the data collected. By default all Xxxx Deere Dealers have access to the machine diagnostic data through MyJohnDeere™ and Service ADVISOR™ Remote until the Customer restricts this via MyJohnDeere™. In addition MyJohnDeere™ creates an automatic partnership between the Xxxx Deere Dealer which has transferred the Terminal into the MyJohnDeere™ Customer organization granting access to data until the Customer removes this partnership from his MyJohnDeere™ organization. Any such removed Dealer may continue to have access to System Data collected by the System prior removal of the Dealer’s access.
Access to and Use of Data. By default all WIRTGEN GROUP subsidiaries and authorized dealers connected to you have access to your Content through FleetView until you restrict this via WITOS User Control (please contact sup- xxxx@xxxxx.xxx). You may also authorize or restrict WIRTGEN GROUP subsidiaries or authorized dealers and other partner organizations’ access via WIRTGEN GROUP subsidiaries or authorized dealers or WITOS User Control at any time to the data collected (please contact xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx).
Access to and Use of Data. MMSD has developed a data-sharing agreement with UW-SOE for use in evaluation and research of Forward Madison related projects to inform the work of the partnership. This data-sharing agreement has been approved by the MMSD BOE for the period of December 14, 2015 – December 31, 2022.
Access to and Use of Data. Because of the program’s interest in tracking student enrollment, performance and attendance data, the District will identify a clear protocol for AVID/TOPS/College Club staff to access MMSD student information within the regulations outlined by FERPA – the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act – and the Wisconsin State Statutes governing the use of pupil records. These guidelines will include parameters and timelines to be used for sharing student information (demographics, grade / attendance data etc.) at the local school level, between partners and in public settings. The guidelines will cover written reports, public relations materials, fundraising documents, Internet and/or other print-based or electronic media. MMSD and BGC will share program information, enrollment and achievement data as needed for each entity to complete reports as needed. All data shared will be done in compliance with MMSD data sharing agreements mentioned above. See Attachment D for HOPE Lab Data Access and Use Protocols
Access to and Use of Data. Customer may also authorize or restrict Dealer access via the Web Functions at any time. Customer may request that John Deere - ISG remove access to and use of System Data to specific Dealers via the Web Functions. Xxxx Deere - ISG will effectuate such removal within thirty (30) days of Customer’s valid request. Any such restricted Dealer may continue to have access to System Data collected by the System prior to John Deere - ISG’s removal of the Dealer’s access. Removal of a Dealer’s access to and use of System Data may prevent the Dealer from providing remote machine diagnostics, remote machine servicing or other services to Customer provided by the dealer. Customers may authorize dealers (”Authorized Dealers”) to access and use Customer`s System Data. Xxxx Deere - ISG may provide Authorized Dealers information and data for the purpose of servicing Customer’s equipment including machine diagnostics, remote servicing (i.e. but not exclusively to provide update, repairs, assistance) and machine component software updates. If Customer associates multiple activated Terminals together in the Telematic Web Interface or through the Web Functions, Customer will not be able to set different data access permissions for each individual Terminal. Rather, Customer must make the same data access permissions for all such associated activated Terminals.
Access to and Use of Data. Data collected by the Parties through the development activities pursuant to this Agreement under an Addendum (the “Collected Data”) will be shared among the Parties and may be freely used by Magna or Innoviz for its internal research and development purposes. Collected Data will be treated as Confidential Information but is excluded from the requirements to return or destroy the information as set forth in Section 9 below.
