Dependent Care The College will make available to employees, at their option, an Internal Revenue Service Code Section 129 Dependent Care plan. The plan will be established, administered, and communicated to employees by the State without cost to the employees.
Patient Care Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care, under supervision, commensurate with Resident's level of advancement and responsibility.
Foot Care We do not Cover foot care, in connection with corns, calluses, flat feet, fallen arches, weak feet, chronic foot strain or symptomatic complaints of the feet.
Post-Accident Testing a. The City may require a Covered Employee who caused, or may have caused, an Accident, based on information known at the time of the Accident, to submit to drug and/or alcohol testing.
ACCIDENT PAY The company shall pay accident pay as defined in the award, during the incapacity of their employee/s arising from any one injury, for a total of fifty-two (52) weeks - irrespective of whether such incapacity is in one continuous period or not.
Industrial Accident or Illness Leave shall be reduced by one (1) day for each day of authorized absence regardless of a temporary disability indemnity award.
Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center. For other services, such as surgery or diagnostic tests, the amount that you pay is based on the type of service being provided. See Summary of Medical Benefits for details. Follow-up care (such as suture removal or wound care) should be obtained from your primary care provider or specialist.
UNINTERRUPTED PATIENT CARE 18.1 It is recognized that the Hospital is engaged in a public service requiring continuous operation and it is agreed that recognition of such obligation of continuous service is imposed upon both the nurse and the Association. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Association nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting in concert with them shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, picketing, walkout, slowdown, sick out or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever. In the event of any such activity, or a threat thereof, the Association and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert same. Any nurse participating in any such activity will be subject to immediate dismissal.
Accident Reporting 25.1 If You or an Authorised Driver has an Accident or if the Vehicle is stolen You must report the Accident or theft to Us within 24 hours of it occurring and fully complete an Accident/Theft report form.
