Common use of Accrual of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accrual of Sick Leave. a. A full-time Faculty Member will accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours biweekly, based on eighty hours (80) of pay. When hours of the bi-weekly pay are less than eighty (80), the accrual will be pro-rated. Faculty may accrue sick leave without limitation as to the total number of hours that may be accrued.
