Accumulated Sick Leave Payment for Plan A. Upon leaving the District, teachers shall receive a lump sum for accumulated sick leave payment equal to twenty percent (20%) of accumulated sick leave, based upon the daily rate of the last contract year.

Accumulated Sick Leave The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.
