Membership Deductions. Within ten (10) days of their commencement of employment, certificated employees may sign and deliver to the Board an Assignment of Wages form, which will authorize deduction of membership dues and assessments of the Association (including the National Education Association and the Washington Education Association). These forms are available from the EEA President. Such authorization will continue in effect from year to year, unless a thirty (30) day revocation is submitted to the Board and the Association, signed by the employee.

Membership Deductions. Within ten (10) days of their commencement of employment, employees who do not currently have deductions for dues and fees made by the District may sign and deliver to the District an Assignment of Wages Form for Membership, which shall authorize deduction of Association membership dues and fees.
