Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.
Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.
Accumulation of Seniority The seniority of an employee shall continue to accrue during an absence due to:
(a) accident or illness;
(b) maternity or parental leave;
(c) any unpaid leave of absence of up to twelve (12) months;
(d) any paid leave of absence provided for under this Agreement.
Accumulation of Sick Leave The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.
Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category. Amount Payable under the Contract: enter the total amount paid by the State to the State Contractor under the Contract, for work by the Employees in the employment category, for services provided during the report period.
Conversion of Hours where an employee is granted vacation pursuant to this article, and where the regularly scheduled workday is greater than seven hours per day, the annual vacation entitlement shall be converted to hours on the basis of a seven-hour day and deducted accordingly.
Accumulation 1. Originating goods or materials from the territory of a Party, incorporated into a good in the territory of the other Party, shall be considered to be originating in the territory of the other Party.
2. Production carried out by a producer in the territory of a Party may be accumulated with the production of one or more producers in the territory of that Party or the other Party, in such way that the production of the materials incorporated into the good shall be considered as carried out by that producer, provided that the good satisfies the requirements established in Article 3.1 and all other applicable requirements in this Chapter.
Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.
(b) Notwithstanding the above, the Employer may grant a special request from an employee to carryover a maximum of five (5) vacation days into the next year. The employee shall specify in her request to the Employer the purpose for which she is seeking the carryover.

Scheduling of Hours
(a) Regular Employees
(1) (i) Regular employees shall be scheduled hours within their classification based on seniority, subject to the employee's ability to meet specific client needs and geographic location.
Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
(b) A shift worker is an employee who works ordinary hours outside the day worker span of hours.
