Accuracy of Documentation. Except as may otherwise be required by a Work Order, all Documentation shall be complete and describe the applicable System Deliverable and components thereof accurately so as to enable a staff consisting of a reasonable number of information systems professionals with ordinary skills and experience to fully utilize the System Deliverable for all purposes for which it is being acquired by or intended for use by District. To the extent required by a Work Order, all Code Documentation shall be complete and describe the source code and all components thereof accurately so as to enable computer programmers of ordinary skill and experience who are knowledgeable of the subject matter to fully utilize the source code to understand, support, modify, and otherwise use the software to which it relates.
Accuracy of Documentation. Vendor represents and warrants that the ------------------------- Documentation is complete and accurately describes the operational and functional behavior of the Software. Vendor further represents and warrants that throughout the warranty period and for so long as the maintenance and support services are provided hereunder, the Documentation will be updated to reflect all releases of the Software and any and all other modifications.

PortalProdigy reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. You agree not to depend on Product Documentation for critical decisions related to use of the SoftwareProduct and You further agree that PortalProdigy its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, successors, assigns, distributors and anyone else associated with PortalProdigy shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising out of Your use of the Product Documentation. DISSATISFACTION. YOUR ONLY RIGHT OR REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SOFTWAREPRODUCT IS TO UNINSTALL AND CEASE USE OF THE SOFTWAREPRODUCT.

Broker shall: (i) ensure that all applications, forms and other documents prepared and/or submitted in connection with the production and servicing of the business procured through PBC are properly completed and promptly delivered; and, (ii) check the accuracy of each quotation, binder, policy and other documents received from PBC and to notify PBC of any errors or required changes.

Contractor covenants and agrees that any Project data, summaries, reports, or studies, submitted by the Contractor to the County shall be competently drafted and accurate with regard to the information contained therein. County’s acceptance, approval, or reliance on any such documentation shall not release Contractor from any liability if such information is incorrect or inaccurate, it being understood that the County is relying on the Contractor’s status as an industry professional in accepting such documentation.
