ACH – Automated Clearing House funds will be directly deposited into Subrecipient’s bank account after an invoice has been approved and the terms have been met. A remittance advice will be emailed to Subrecipient prior to a deposit being made. The Prime Recipient does not charge vendors for this service. Please complete and return the form linked below if Subrecipient would like to be paid via ACH: xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/content/dam/uc/af/controller/docs/EFTAgreementCTX.pdf. ePayables – funds will be available via a VISA “ghost” card system that uses a virtual credit card from the Bank of America. If you enroll in this program, a university credit card number will be assigned to Subrecipient. The card has unique security features, with $0 of available funds until an invoice is approved for payment. Once a payment is approved, an electronic remittance advice will be sent to Subrecipient along with approval to charge the credit card for that amount. ACH – Automated Clearing House. An electronic network for financial transactions in the United States that processes large volumes of credit and debit transactions in batches. Administrative Application Functions Administrative Functions provided by the Food and Cash EBT administrative application and the eWIC EBT administrative application. Administrative Equipment Equipment provided by the Contractor to be used at federal, State, or County Sites for performing Administrative Functions. Administrative Functions Transactions, tasks, or activities as defined by the Detailed System Design to manage and update information contained in the EBT System. (Examples include, but are not limited to, Card printing and Card issuance, Personal Identification Number [PIN] selection and change, Cardholder searches, demographic additions, Benefit additions/voids, and balance inquiry from Point-of-Sale [POS] devices.) ARU (Automated Response Unit) A computer system that accepts data from touch-tone telephones or speech recognition and responds with prerecorded prompts and information. ATM (Automated Teller Machine) An electronic hardware device designated by a Retailer to accept Cards that, when activated by a Cardholder through the use of a magnetic stripe on a Card, are capable of automatically dispensing United States currency directly from such device and responding to balance inquiries. Term Definition Benefit(s) Aid authorized by a County, Local Agency, or the State according to the requirements of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the CalFresh Program, the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids Program (CalWORKs), General Assistance (GA)/General Relief (GR), the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), or other programs included in the System. Business Day(s) All weekdays on which the State is open to the public to conduct business. Calendar Day(s) All days in a month, including weekends and holidays, unless otherwise indicated in this Contract.   • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.

  • ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at 00 XXX 000, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible. A waiver may be requested and payments received by check by certifying in writing that one of the following situations apply:

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

  • Xxxxxxxx Custodians The Custodian of your IRA must be a bank, savings and loan association, credit union, or a person or entity approved by the Secretary of the Treasury.

  • Clearing Purchaser shall fall all vegetative material larger than 2 inches DBH or over 5 feet high between the marked right‐of‐way boundaries and within waste and debris areas, or if not marked in the field, between the clearing limits specified on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET. Clearing must be completed before starting excavation and embankment.

  • ACH & Wire Transfers If we provide the service, you may initiate or receive credits or debits to your account through wire or ACH transfer. You agree that if you receive funds by a wire or ACH transfer, we are not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your periodic statement. We may provisionally credit your account for an ACH transfer before we receive final settlement. We may reverse the provisional credit or you will refund us the amount if we do not receive final settlement. When you initiate a wire transfer, you may identify either the recipient or any financial institution by name and by account or identifying number. The Credit Union (and other institutions) may rely on the account or other identifying number as the proper identification even if it identifies a different party or institution.

  • Depository Depository shall mean The Depository Trust Company ("DTC"), a clearing agency registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act"), its successor or successors and its nominee or nominees. The term "Depository" shall further mean and include any other person authorized to act as a depository under the 1940 Act, its successor or successors and its nominee or nominees, specifically identified in a certified copy of a resolution of the Board.

  • Electronic Fund Transfer 10.1 Employees will receive their pay and any reimbursements via electronic fund transfer (payroll direct deposit). The University will provide electronic pay advices to all employees.

  • Check Safekeeping If you can write checks on your account and utilize check safekeeping or any other system offered by us for the retention of your checks, you understand that the canceled checks will be retained by us and destroyed after a reasonable time period or as required by law. If for any reason we cannot provide you with a copy of a check, our liability will be limited to the lesser of the face amount of the check or the actual damages sustained by you. When you request a copy of a check it may be subject to a fee as defined in the Disclosures.

  • ACH and Wire Transfers This Agreement is subject to Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code - Funds Transfers as adopted by the state in which the account is opened. If you send or receive a wire transfer, you agree that Fedwire® Funds Service may be used. Federal Reserve Board Regulation J is the law that covers transactions made over Fedwire® Funds Service. When you originate a funds transfer for which Fedwire® Funds Service is used, and you identify by name and number a beneficiary financial institution, an intermediary financial institution or a beneficiary, we and every receiving or beneficiary institution may rely on the identifying number to make payment. We may rely on the number even if it identifies a financial institution, person or account other than the one named. If you are a party to an Automated Clearing House ("ACH") entry, you agree that we may transmit an entry through the ACH, and you agree to be bound by the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") Operating Rules and Guidelines, the rules of any local ACH, and the rules of any other systems through which the entry is made. Provisional Payment. Credit we give you is provisional until we receive final settlement for that entry. If we do not receive final settlement, you agree that we are entitled to a refund of the amount credited to you in connection with the entry, and the party making payment to you via such entry (i.e., the originator of the entry) shall not be deemed to have paid you in the amount of such entry. Notice of Receipt. We will not provide you with notice of our receipt of the order, unless we are so requested by the transfer originator in the order. However, we will continue to notify you of the receipt of payments in the periodic statements we provide to you. Choice of Law. We may accept on your behalf payments to your account which have been transmitted, that are not subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, and your rights and obligations with respect to such payments shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the state where we are located.
