Acknowledgement of Employee. The Employee recognizes that the release and waiver provisions of this Agreement may surrender valuable legal rights. Employee acknowledges full awareness of the extinguishment of such rights in exchange for the consideration provided under this Agreement. The Employee further acknowledges that Employee has been advised by the Company to consult an attorney with respect to this Agreement prior to executing it. Further, the Employee acknowledges that Employee has been given twenty-one (21) calendar days from initial presentation of this Agreement on August 31, 2006 in order to consult an attorney.

Acknowledgement of Employee. By signing this Agreement, the Employee agrees to accept the secondment, and employment on the terms and conditions offered above and understands that those terms become a fixed term employment agreement replacing and superseding all previous contracts or agreements, save as is expressly provided.
