Acquisition of Seniority. (a) The seniority of any employee who shall have completed six (6) months' full-time employment shall be determined by the length of his service computed from the first day of his last hire as an employee, except as otherwise provided in Section 2(b) of this Article 6. (b) Temporary employees shall have no seniority, regardless of length of service. If a temporary employee is transferred to the Bargaining Unit, his seniority shall be computed from the first day of his last hire as a temporary employee, except as otherwise provided in Section 2(b) of this Article 6.
