Change of Starting Time. Where the starting time of a route is changed, the regular driver may elect to remain on the route. In the event that the driver elects not to go with the route, he/she may nev- ertheless claim the route if it is changed back to the original starting time within a thirty (30) day period.
Change of Starting Time. Where the starting time of an entire shift is to be changed, one week’s notice shall be given, except in the event of an Act of God. When the starting time of less than an entire shift is changed, rea- sonable notice of forty-eight (48) hours is to be given.
Change of Starting Time. 36.1 Notice of change of starting time shall be given as much in advance as possible, but no later than twelve (12:00) noon (three [3:00] p.m.for News-ENG Personnel), of the day prior to the day of the change. If such notice is not given the employee shall be credited with all hours originally scheduled plus any
36.1.1 No penalty will be paid to News-ENG personnel if change of starting time is made because of "unexpected events" assignments. (see definition)
36.2 Prior to going on leave of four (4) days or more, when a schedule covering the period of the leave is not posted an employee shall be given a written pre-arranged time to report back. This time, however, may be rescheduled later but not earlier than the pre-arranged time. The Company must make a reasonable effort to notify the employee of such change. The Company shall be considered to have made a reasonable effort when a registered letter of notification has been mailed to the employee's normal mailing address and arrives prior to the pre- arranged reporting time.
36.3 In the event of illness, an employee will make every reasonable effort to notify directly the supervisor in charge of scheduling or the employee's immediate supervisor at least one
(1) hour in advance of the commencement of the employee's shift. It is the Company's responsibility to inform the employee of any change in their schedule.
36.4 It is the intent of the foregoing to insure that each employee shall be apprised of their daily work schedule at the earliest possible time.
Change of Starting Time. (a) Notice of change in starting time shall be given as much in advance as possible, but not later than sixteen (16) hours prior to the start of his/her next scheduled shift.
(b) When an employee is on duty, the Company will be deemed to have given notice when such notice is posted and the Company has made every reasonable effort to reach the employee. If the employee is off duty, the Company shall notify the employee directly. If such notice is not given pursuant to Article 27.3 (a), the employee shall report for work as re-scheduled. He/she shall be paid for all hours originally scheduled plus any additional hours worked at his/her basic pay. Such payment shall be in addition to any overtime incurred by the employee for the tour of duty in question. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such notice shall not apply under any of the following circumstances:
(i) emergencies arising as a result of accidents or urgent and essential work to be done to machinery, equipment or plant
(ii) in the case of sick leave replacement.
Change of Starting Time. In the event that MFH wishes to change the starting time of one (1) or more employees in a unit, the employee(s) shall be notified of such change four (4) weeks immediately prior to the change. Preference will be given to the most senior employee in the unit. If no employees, or an insufficient number express a preference for the new start times, the start times shall be assigned to the least senior employee(s) in the unit on a rotational basis. This provision shall not apply to temporary or probationary employees.

In the event that Xxxxxxxxxx wishes to change the starting time of one (1) or more employees in a unit, the employee(s) shall be notified of such change six (6) weeks immediately prior to the change. If there are no volunteers, employees will be chosen in inverse order of seniority.
a) Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee of work by Xxxxxxxxxx.
b) Employees scheduled to work a full shift and who report to work shall be given the opportunity to work a full shift, or in lieu thereof, be paid at least four (4) hours.
Change of Starting Time. In the event that CROZER wishes to change an Employee's starting time, the Employee shall be notified of such change two weeks in advance. This provision shall not apply to probationary Employees.

Sixth and/or seventh day work, if any, will be assigned as follows: Seniority employees shall be offered sixth and/or seventh day work in seniority order while on their scheduled day off or holidays before non-seniority employees unless it is one of the non-seniority employee’s scheduled work days.

This time, however, may be re-scheduled later but not earlier than the pre-arranged time. The Company must make a reasonable effort to notify the employee of such change. The Company shall be considered to have made a reasonable effort when a registered letter of notification has been mailed to the employee's normal mailing address designed to arrive prior to the pre-arranged reporting time.
36.3 It is the responsibility of an employee to report to the Supervisor in charge of scheduling, advising when he will be available for duty following absence due to illness or physical injury. It is the Company's responsibility to then or subsequently inform the employee of any change in his schedule.
36.4 It is the intent of the foregoing to ensure that each employee shall be apprised of his daily work schedule at the earliest possible time.

When an Employee is off duty, the Company will be deemed to have given notice when such notice is posted, and the Company has made every reasonable effort to reach the Employee. If the Employee is on duty the Company will notify the Employee directly. If notice is not given the Employee shall be credited with all hours originally scheduled plus additional hours at an additional one-half (l/2) the basic rate.
