Acting in Positions. 13.1 Employees who are not employed in a job covered by this Agreement but who act in a position covered by this Agreement shall be paid the salary for the position the appropriate level of remuneration and shall work in accordance with the conditions of this Agreement while acting. EnergyAustralia Agreement 2008 employees who act in a Professionals, Managers and Specialists Agreement position will not be entitled to either take or accrue rostered days off during the period of so acting.

  • Reconfirmed in Position Where a position is to be transferred into a new structure in the same location and grade, where there is one clear candidate for the position, the employee is to be confirmed in it. Where there is more than one clear candidate the position will be advertised with appointment made as per normal appointment procedures.

  • Information in Postings Such notice shall contain the following information: Nature of position, qualifications, required knowledge and education, skills, wage or salary rate or range and location. The posting shall reflect the job content. Such qualifications shall not be decided in an arbitrary or discriminatory manner.

  • Open Positions In order to ensure that all interested employees are advised of employment opportunities, notice of job vacancies for regular full or part time positions will be sent to the Union, and job announcements will be posted on designated bulletin boards in the office. In addition, information about all job vacancies will be available to employees by calling the office and in pay envelopes. All regular full or part time vacancies will be posted and filled in accordance with this Agreement. Postings will include position requirements, minimum qualifications, substitute and preferred qualifications (if any) and base rate of pay.

  • Float Positions The Employer may establish regular float positions which are consecutive hour shifts.

  • VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled. Probationary employees shall not be entitled to apply for posted vacancies. It is agreed that the Gallery will not interview external applicants until applications from existing employees have been reviewed and bargaining unit employees who are qualified in the opinion of the Gallery have been interviewed. Further, the Gallery will notify existing applicants in writing once the successful application is selected.

  • New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. The following criteria shall be used in making this determination:

  • Posting of Vacant Positions Positions that are not filled through placement of employees from the layoff list or internal transfer list will be posted for a period of at least seven (7) calendar days, during which time, internal and external applicants may apply. The posting will include, at a minimum, a description of the work to be performed, the requirements of the position, the rate of pay and the shift.

  • RECOGNITION OF BAIL-IN POWERS Notwithstanding and to the exclusion of any other term of this Agreement, or any other agreements, arrangements, or understandings between the Issuer and the Calculation Agent, the Issuer and the Calculation Agent acknowledge and accept that a BRRD Liability arising under this Agreement may be subject to the exercise of Bail-in Powers by the Relevant Resolution Authority and acknowledge, accept, consent and agree to be bound by:

  • VACANCIES AND JOB POSTINGS 17.01 When a job vacancy or vacancies occur within the bargaining unit and the Employer intends to fill the vacancy, the Employer will post an announcement of such vacancy or vacancies on all Union bulletin boards. Said postings shall remain posted for a period of five (5) working days. The announcement shall contain the job title of the vacancy, a brief job description and the rate of pay, and the date of the posting and bid deadline date.

  • Shifting of obstructing utilities The Concessionaire shall, subject to Applicable Laws and with assistance of the Authority, undertake shifting of any utility including electric lines, water pipes and telephone cables, to an appropriate location or alignment within or outside the Site if and only if such utility causes or shall cause a material adverse effect on the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project. The cost of such shifting shall be borne by the Authority or by the entity owning such utility, if the Authority so directs, and in the event of any delay in shifting thereof, the Concessionaire shall be excused for failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder if such failure is a direct consequence of delay on the part of the entity owning such electric lines, water pipes or telephone cables, as the case may be.
