Adaptive Monitoring. If the Study is designed to comply with Risk Based Monitoring (RBM) or Adaptive Monitoring (AM) principles, in addition to or alternatively in lieu of on-site monitoring activities, the significant portion of the Study may be monitored/managed remotely. In this circumstance, the Investigator and Institution undertake to facilitate the remote evaluation carried out by Sponsor/PRA personnel or representatives (e.g., clinical monitors, Data Management personnel, or statisticians) in a timely manner to ensure quality data collection and the safety of study subjects. (d) Adaptivní monitoring: Je-li v plánu Studie dodržování zásad monitorování rizik (Risk Based Monitoring, RBM) nebo adaptivního monitoringu (AM) vedle nebo jako alternativu namísto monitorovacích činností prováděných na místě, může být významná část Studie monitorována/řízena na dálku. Za účelem zajištění sběru kvalitních dat a bezpečnosti subjektů Studie se Zkoušející a Zdravotnické zařízení za těchto okolností zavazují umožnit včasné provedení hodnocení personálem nebo zástupci Zadavatele / společnosti PRA (např. klinickými monitory, personálem úseku správy dat nebo statistiky). V takovém případě se Zkoušející a Zdravotnické zařízení zavazují, že personálu nebo zástupcům Zadavatele nebo PRA (například monitorům klinické studie, pracovníkům správy údajů nebo statistikům) umožní včas provést vzdálené hodnocení tak, xxx xxxx zajištěno kvalitní shromáždění údajů a bezpečnost subjektů hodnocení.
