Additional Compensation Schedule. Effective August 15, 2021 Employees covered by this Agreement who agree to perform the additional duties as assigned by the Employer during the school term shall receive additional compensation as set forth in Appendix C for the 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 school years, which shall be attached to and made part of this Agreement.

Additional Compensation Schedule. By request of the Department Chair, Program Director or Vice President of Academic Affairs, Faculty may be asked to participate in academic activities listed below in addition to teaching a class. Faculty shall receive additional compensation according to the following Additional Compensation Schedule. Only work requests initiated by a Department Chair, Program Director or Vice President of Academic Affairs are subject to Additional Compensation; volunteer attendance at meetings will not be remunerated.   • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting.
