Common use of Additional Department Managers Clause in Contracts

Additional Department Managers. The parties agree that a second Department Manager may be appointed and excluded under Article 1 in those departments where the Employer determines it necessary for the proper operation of the business. The introduction of a second Department Manager shall not result in a reduction in hours worked by bargaining unit employees in the Department.
