Freezer Premium. A freezer premium of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour in addition to regular wages shall be paid to all employees who normally perform work in the freezer. This premium will be paid for the entire shift for those employees working full- time in the freezer, but will only be payable on actual hours worked for those employees spending only a portion of their time in the freezer. The premium is not to be added to regular wages for purposes of computing overtime.
Freezer Premium. A freezer premium of twenty-five (25) cents per hour shall be paid to employees assigned to work in the freezer. A freezer shall be defined as a room or area of the plant that is constantly held at -4 C (25 F) or colder.
Freezer Premium. 10.01 Effective October 1, 2017, all employees will be paid a freezer premium of fifty-five ($0.55) cents per hour for each hour they work. Employees will be required to provide, maintain and clean freezer clothing. Such clothing shall be kept on site.

Regular full-time freezer employees shall receive freezer premium pay in addition to their regular weekly base pay while on vacation. Shift premiums will not be added to an employee’s basic hourly rate for the purpose of calculating overtime.
Freezer Premium. An employee working in a freezer shall be paid a premium of eighty (800) cents effective January cents effective July 1992) in addition to his regular rate of pay for all hours worked in a freezer. ARTICLE REST PERIODS Full-time employees shall be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods per day, one (1) in the first half of the and one (1) in the second half of the shift. Part-time employees, working on a regular daily shift, shall be entitled to rest on the same basis as full-time employees, but if em- ployed less than a full shift, said employee shall receive a rest period of fifteen (15) minutes upon of each three (3) hour work period.
Freezer Premium. An employee working in the freezer will be paid a freezer premium of Fifty Cents per hour for all hours worked in the freezer.
