Additional Overtime Hours. Additional overtime hours available prior to or following a scheduled shift will be offered to the nurses currently working in the unit and on the shift the additional hours are attached to. The offer will be made to the nurses by seniority based on an integration of the full-time and part-time seniority of the nurses working on the shift.
