Additional Promotional Activities. From time to time during the Term, Company may request that Jxxxx provide other promotional services for the Company in addition to those set forth herein. Jxxxx xxx decline or accept these requests in his sole and absolute discretion.
Additional Promotional Activities. (a) BPI shall cause BB to (i) dedicate a total of four (4) days of his time during each Contract year for purposes of (A) appearing at Company sponsored events or for any commercial photo shoots, (B) participate in a media tour at the launch of the App, with parameters reasonably requested by the Company provided BB does not have a pre-existing conflict and (C) promote the Company and the App through other channels that BPI and BB have access to, including home shows, and (ii) engage in social media posting activity referencing the Company or the App as may be reasonably requested by the Company and in any event no less 4 times per month during the Contract Period (collectively, the “Promotional Activities”). Any additional Promotional Activities shall be provided upon payment of a negotiated fee and on such other written terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon. The Company agrees that it will reimburse BPI for all reasonable travel (including where air travel is required, the cost of two (2) business class tickets), lodging and meal expenses incurred by BB in connection with such Promotional Activities. (b) If illness, injury or other causes beyond BB's control prevents BB from attending at Promotional Activities on the designated date, then the parties will reschedule for another date, subject always to BB’s prior bona fide commitments. BB’s nonappearance for any of the foregoing reasons is not a breach of this Agreement and BPI is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Company in connection with such nonappearance.

  • Outside Professional Activities 21.01 Outside professional activities may enhance the reputation of the University and the professional, scholarly and scientific competence of the ASM. ASMs are encouraged to involve themselves with the community outside the University in applying their professional skills and knowledge. This Article applies only to outside professional activities that involve the application of special skills and knowledge within the ASM's particular academic competence. An ASM may engage in such activities subject to the following conditions: (a) Such activities shall not hinder the fulfillment of the ASM’s obligations to the University, including scholarly work, and the undertaking of a fair share of academic administration. (b) Outside professional activities shall not require the commitment of a block of time which might interfere with the ASM’s normal timetable for teaching activities. 21.02 An ASM shall, upon written request, make available to his or her Administrative Head information on the nature and scope of paid outside professional activities. 21.03 When outside professional activities would involve the use of University supplies, facilities, employees, or services, such use shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Administrative Head. The request for approval shall include information on the nature and scope of the outside professional activities for which support is requested. If approval is granted, the charges for such equipment, supplies, facilities, employees or services shall be at the prevailing rates unless the Xxxxxxx & Vice-President (Academic) agrees, in writing, to waive all or part of the charges. When engaging in outside professional activities, the ASM shall ensure that he or she does not represent himself or herself as acting on behalf of the University. The University will assume no liability for any action brought against an ASM as a result of outside professional activities. 21.04 The name of the University shall not be used in any outside professional activity unless agreed, in writing, by the Xxxxxxx & Vice-President (Academic), although nothing shall prevent the ASM from stating the nature and place of his or her employment, rank and title, in connection with outside professional activities, provided that he or she shall not purport to represent the University or speak for it, or to have its approval unless that approval has been given in writing. 21.05 The provisions of this Article shall apply to ASM-CFEs mutatis mutandis.

These documents must include the Legal Notice required in the terms and conditions. Indicate where and when the documents were disseminated. o A discussion of policy development. State if project has been or will be cited in government policy publications, or used to inform regulatory bodies. o The number of website downloads or public requests for project results. o Additional areas as determined by the CAM. • Conduct technology transfer activities in accordance with the Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan.   • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.
