Additional Required Services. If the MPO requests extra professional services beyond this scope, an amended written Scope of Services and fee adjustment will be negotiated prior to any extra work commencing. Task RE: Reimbursable Expenses XXX, P.C. has included reimbursable expenses as part of the lump sum fees shown in our Exhibit C, Summary of Fees. XXX, P.C. estimated the amount of reimbursable expenses such as printing costs as outlined below: ▪ Final Conceptual Design Plans and Report (8 copies) ▪ Mileage ▪ Exhibits for Public Meeting and One –on-one Meeting(s) ▪ Utility Locates ▪ Electronic Variable Message Board (Public Meeting). It is assumed that the Draft Plan and Final plan copies will be color up to an 11 x 17 inches maximum paper size. Additionally, it is understand the preferred size of the planning document is 8-1/2 x 11 inches with a few maps 11 x 17 inches. Furthermore, it is assumed that intermediate review documents and exhibits for meetings and public outreach will be provided to the MPO by AVI, P.C. in EXHIBIT A XXX, P.C. SCOPE OF WORK FOR WHITNEY ROAD 10% CORRIDOR PLAN electronic PDF format. Any intermediate paper documents or handouts required will be provided by the MPO.

Additional Required Services. A. The franchisee will be responsible for all recyclables collected in accordance with this franchise including any recycling processing costs or disposal charges for contamination, defined as items not included in the list of recyclable materials. Excluding contamination, no more than 10% by weight of all recyclable materials are to be landfilled and/or incinerated without the express written permission of the Town Manager.

The MPO office shall provide most current traffic counts, turning movements, future traffic projections, aerial photography, GIS layers reflecting zoning, land use, topography, water and sewer, crash data, storm sewer system, transit routes, and flood area layers. Additionally, Plans, reports, or data that that are relevant to this study that will be reviewed include: • Street Network Master Plan - South Cheyenne Streets, May 2004, AVI, P.C. Engineering • Adjacent plats recorded along the corridor to determine if additional ROW is needed in those areas in order to handle future traffic needs. • WYDOT High Plains Interchange Plan and Profile • Historical Crash Data, Cheyenne MPO Office • Major Street and Highway System Report, 2005, WYDOT • Cheyenne Area Master Plan, Transportation Plan Laramie County Version- April 2014South Cheyenne Community Assessment, April 2009, • Laramie County Land Use Regulations – 2011 • Research and document all known utilities within the study area.   • Required Services Consultant agrees to perform the services, and deliver to City the “Deliverables” (if any) described in the attached Exhibit A, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference, within the time frames set forth therein, time being of the essence for this Agreement. The services and/or Deliverables described in Exhibit A shall be referred to herein as the “Required Services.”

In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority.
