Additional Services and Equipment. Additional services and equipment utilized in the performance or support of dispatch services may be provided by San Diego, as agreed to by the Parties, which may include but is not limited to: equipment (modems, mobile data computers, phones, etc.), enterprise device management services, software applications and licenses.

Additional Services and Equipment. In the event that Richland shall deem it necessary in the performance of a Service to obtain the services of any third party or to obtain additional leased equipment or other facilities in connection therewith, other than such third-party services, equipment or facilities as are obtained by Richland in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice with respect to PPC, Richland shall provide all pertinent information regarding such third party, the need to obtain such third party's services or such equipment or facilities and the costs and other relevant terms relating thereto, and Richland shall obtain the written approval of PPC prior to obtaining any such third-party services or additional leased equipment or other facilities. Each of the Parties agrees that any third-party agreement entered into by Richland for such purposes shall be terminable upon written request by PPC. The cost of such additional third- party services and/or additional equipment and facilities shall be billed to and paid for by PPC in the manner set forth in Article IV hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the prior written approval of PPC shall not be required in cases of emergency where the failure to obtain such third-party services or equipment or other facilities, in the best judgment of Richland, will cause economic harm to PPC in excess of the cost to be incurred in obtaining such third-party services and/or additional equipment. Oral or written notice shall be provided to PPC as soon as possible, but in any event within 24 hours after an emergency.

Additional Services and Equipment. In the event that Rowan, in the exercise of its reasonable judgment, deems it necessary in the performance of a Basic Service or Requested Service to obtain the services of any third party or to obtain additional leased equipment or other facilities in connection therewith that would result in a cost to Era beyond the cost set forth in Attachment A (“Additional Services and Equipment”), Rowan shall obtain the written approval of Era prior to obtaining any such Additional Services and Equipment. If Era approves such Additional Services and Equipment, the cost of such Additional Services and Equipment shall be billed to and paid for by Era in the manner set forth in Section 4(a) hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the prior written approval of Era shall not be required in cases of emergency where, in the reasonable judgment of Rowan, the failure to obtain such Additional Services and Equipment would likely result in economic harm to Era in excess of the cost of obtaining such Additional Services and Equipment; provided, however, that written notice and an estimate of the costs of such Additional Services and Equipment shall be provided to Era within forty-eight (48) hours after such an emergency.
Additional Services and Equipment. If Purchaser requests use of any of the Company’s personnel who are not expressly provided for in the Proposal, then Purchaser shall pay the Company additional charges based on the Company’s current Field Assistance Policy. Purchaser agrees to have its appropriate personnel at the Company and/or make such personnel available to the Company’s personnel upon the Company’s request. Purchaser shall be responsible for all routine maintenance.
