Common use of Additional Training Clause in Contracts

Additional Training. If additional training time is required beyond the ninety (90) days provided for in Clause 22.06 – Training Benefits, additional training time shall be at the expense of the employee. However, the position available will be held for the employee for the period of time agreed on and provided the employee successfully completes the training program.
