Salary Records. (a) The employer shall keep or cause to be kept, records containing the following particulars: (i) full name and residential address of each teacher; (ii) the full time or part time percentage, and how the part time percentage is calculated; (iii) the salary paid each pay period, and their deductions. (b) The employer shall provide an electronic or printed salary advice slip showing gross salary and any deductions made for such pay period. (c) Salaries shall be paid at least monthly, except in the case of a relief teacher who shall be paid as soon as possible on completion of the engagement.

(b) The start and finish times, the hours worked each day and each week and the number of weeks worked per year, and the amount of annual leave and sick leave accrued. (c) The salary paid each pay period including additions and/or deductions. (d) The Centre shall provide a salary advice slip showing gross salary and any additions and/or deductions made for such pay period.

A record of the time worked and salary paid to each employee employed under this agreement shall be maintained by the school. On Call Allowance – Lutheran School Officers An on call allowance will be paid to a Lutheran School Officer who is required by a School to hold themselves available to be recalled to work. The Lutheran School Officer will be paid an allowance equal to one ordinary hour’s pay for each period of up to 24 hours that the Lutheran School Officer is required to be on call. Recall Allowance Lutheran School Officers may be required to respond to requests for extra duty at the workplace which are outside of their ordinary hours of duty after leaving the School; Extra Duties Not Requiring a Return to the Workplace Extra Duties Not Requiring a Return to the Workplace

Salary Records. 22.1 The Company shall keep up-to-date records in respect of each pilot in its employ showing the pilot's Agreement classification, base salary, all allowances, all additions to salary, all deductions and net salary. 22.2 The records referred to in sub-clause 22.1 of this clause shall be maintained or made available at the Company offices and shall be made available for inspection by a duly accredited representative of the AFAP only in accordance with Part 15 – Right of Entry of the Workplace Relations Act 1996. Such records shall be kept for not less than seven years.

  • Payroll Records CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) shall comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1776. Such compliance includes the obligation to furnish the records specified in Section 1776 directly to the Labor Commissioner in an electronic format, or other format as specified by the Commissioner, in the manner provided by Labor Code Section 1771.4. The requirements of Labor Code Section 1776 provide in part: 1.1.1. CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) performing any portion of the work under this Contract shall keep an accurate record, showing the name, address, social security number, work classification, straight time and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker, or other employee employed by CONTRACTOR or any Subcontractor(s) in connection with the work. 1.1.2. Each payroll record shall contain or be verified by a written declaration that it is made under penalty of perjury, stating both of the following: (a) The information contained in the payroll record is true and correct. (b) The employer has complied with the requirements of Labor Code Sections 1771, 1811, and 1815 for any work performed by his or her employees in connection with the Contract. 1.1.3. The payroll records shall be certified and shall be available for inspection at the principal office of CONTRACTOR on the basis set forth in Labor Code Section 1776. 1.1.4. CONTRACTOR shall inform COUNTY of the location of the payroll records, including the street address, city and county, and shall, within five working days, provide a notice of any change of location and address of the records. 1.1.5. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1776, CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) shall have 10 days in which to provide a certified copy of the payroll records subsequent to receipt of a written notice requesting the records described herein. In the event that CONTRACTOR or any Subcontractor fails to comply within the 10-day period, he or she shall, as a penalty to COUNTY, forfeit $100, or a higher amount as provided by Section 1776, for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each worker to whom the noncompliance pertains, until strict compliance is effectuated. CONTRACTOR acknowledges that, without limitation as to other remedies of enforcement available to COUNTY, upon the request of the Division of Apprenticeship Standards or the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement of the California Department of Industrial Relations, such penalties shall be withheld from progress payments then due CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR is not subject to a penalty assessment pursuant to this section due to the failure of a Subcontractor to comply with this section. CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) shall comply with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 1771 et seq., and shall pay workers employed on the Contract not less than the general prevailing rates of per diem wages and holiday and overtime wages as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations. CONTRACTOR shall post a copy of these wage rates at the job site for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed in the performance of this Contract, as well as any additional job site notices required by Labor Code Section 1771.4(b). Copies of these rates are on file at the principal office of COUNTY’s representative, or may be obtained from the State Office, Department of Industrial Relations (“DIR”) or from the DIR’s website at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx. If the Contract is federally funded, CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) shall not pay less than the higher of these rates or the rates determined by the United States Department of Labor.

  • Salary Reduction A reduction in pay from one step to another, which is not below the minimum rate established for the position by the salary plan. A copy of the notice of reduction shall be sent promptly to the City Manager Department for inclusion in the employee's official personnel file.

  • Disciplinary Records Any disciplinary record shall be removed from an employee's file after two (2) years from the date of the offence, provided that there have been no similar warnings in that period, in which event the time for the application of this section shall be counted from the date of the succeeding warning. It is understood that disciplinary records include any written records of verbal warnings, written warnings and letters of suspension.

  • Company Records Records of the Company or its Subsidiaries regarding your period of service, termination of service and the reason(s) therefor, and other matters shall be conclusive for all purposes hereunder, unless determined by the Company to be incorrect.

  • Account Records Upon request of the Master Servicer, the Servicer shall also cause the depository for each of the accounts described in Section 18.2.1 hereof to forward directly to the Master Servicer, copies of all monthly account statements for the preceding monthly reporting period.

  • Employee Eligibility Verification The Contractor warrants that it fully complies with all Federal and State statutes and regulations regarding the employment of aliens and others and that all its employees performing work under this Contract meet the citizenship or alien status requirement set forth in Federal statutes and regulations. The Contractor shall obtain, from all employees performing work hereunder, all verification and other documentation of employment eligibility status required by Federal or State statutes and regulations including, but not limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 8 U.S.C. §1324 et seq., as they currently exist and as they may be hereafter amended. The Contractor shall retain all such documentation for all covered employees for the period prescribed by the law. The Contractor shall indemnify, defend with counsel approved in writing by County, and hold harmless, the County, its agents, officers, and employees from employer sanctions and any other liability which may be assessed against the Contractor or the County or both in connection with any alleged violation of any Federal or State statutes or regulations pertaining to the eligibility for employment of any persons performing work under this Contract.

  • Employee Records 31.01 (i) Each employee shall be entitled to receive a record of their sick leave standing and any personal appraisal or disciplinary action that is added to their file.

  • Salary/Wages Grantee shall list personnel involved, position classification, direct salary rates, and hours spent on the Project in accordance with Attachment 3, Grant Work Plan in their documentation for reimbursement or match requirements.
