Affirmative Marketing Plan. Borrower covenants and agrees to implement an Affirmative Marketing Plan in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit O and as required by HUD.

Affirmative Marketing Plan. As part of its Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (“HEFSP”), Sea Girt must prepare an Administrative Marketing Plan and shall include the following entities to the list of community and regional organizations in its affirmative marketing plan, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.15(f)(5): FSHC, the New Jersey State Conference of the NAACP, the Latino Action Network, STEPS, OCEAN, Inc., the Greater Red Bank, Xxxxxx Park/Neptune, Bayshore, Greater Freehold, Greater Long Branch, Trenton Branches of the NAACP, and the Supportive Housing Association. As part of its regional affirmative marketing strategies during implementation of the affirmative marketing plan, the Borough and/or its administrative agent shall also provide notice of all available affordable housing units to the above- referenced organizations. The affirmative marketing plan shall include posting of all affordable units on the New Jersey Housing Resource Center (“HRC”) website in accordance with applicable law. The Xxxxxx also agrees to require any other entities, including developers or persons or companies retained to do affirmative marketing, to comply with this Paragraph.
Affirmative Marketing Plan. Borrower covenants and agrees to implement an Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Outreach Plan (“AFHMOP”) in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit N and as required by HUD.
Affirmative Marketing Plan. Borrower shall comply with its Marketing Plan, attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit H hereto for marketing the Assisted Units, including information on affirmative marketing efforts and compliance with fair housing laws and the Lender’s affirmative fair housing marketing guidelines.
